RIP Ali Jamaal

Today I learned about the passing of one of the most significant stallions ever bred in the World. His name was Ali Jamaal, a National Champion Stallion, whose father and grandfather were also National Champions. A horse that inspired legions of new breeders to start their breeding programs, hoping that one day they could have the blood of Ali Jamaal in their herd.
Ali Jamaal as a sire produced not only an amazing number of national champions in many different countries but also, prevailed as a grandsire, for both his sons and daughters followed their sire's footsteps and ended up producing many national champions themselves.
To see Jamaal with Lenita Perroy, was to understand what a bond of love and trust looked like. Because of her love and her certainty on Jamaal's potential, he was able to achieve such high levels of excellence. The amazing selection of mare families, the nicks and outcrosses , the results. All part of a lifetime project, an act of total love and detachment, so rare to exist.
Ali Jamaal will be greatly missed by all of us.

Jamaal, your name will live forever  !!! The dream goes on.
