Exceladdin

Sempre fui fã do Exceladdin, mesmo antes dele vir para o Brasil ou ser campeão americano. Na minha opinião ele era o filho do Aladdin com mais tipo e sempre quis conhecê-lo.
Uma vez em 1988 eu acho,  eu estava na Lasma em Kentucky e só havia tempo de ir ver um cavalo fora da baia. Mesmo com notáveis como o próprio Aladdin presentes , escolhi ver o Exceladdin ( a foto é deste dia) . Se eu soubesse que ele viria ao Brasil no ano seguinte, tinha escolhido outro. Mas depois voltei à Lasma e vi o Muscat e o Aladdin fora da baia, experiência inigualável, devo acrescentar, dois pilares da criação juntos no mesmo dia !!

I have always been a fan of Exceladdin, even before he was imported to Brazil  and before his US National Championship. To me he was the typiest son of Aladdin and I always wanted to see him.

Once , in 1988, I was visiting Lasma in KY and there was time left only to see one of the stallions outside of their stalls. Back then even the great Aladdin ( his sire ) was there, but I chose to see Exceladdin ( the above picture was taken that day). Only if I knew he was coming to Brazil, I would have chosen another. But I was lucky enough to go back to Lasma and see the great Muscat and the great Aladdin upclose. A uncomparable experience I might add... Two greats in the same place , in the same day!!
